AlphaGenome Atlas maps predicted effects of all 9 billion single-letter DNA variants
AlphaGenome Atlas provides predicted molecular effects for every possible single-letter change in the human genome, about 9 billion variants, in a dataset of roughly one petabyte. It is free for academic research through a web portal and API, with commercial access planned on Google Cloud. For computational biology teams, precomputed variant-effect predictions at this scale can speed up rare-disease and genetic-association work.
